Many of you may have already heard that IBC will be moving from Vista del Rey Christian Church. Due to construction and the loss of some key rooms for our children’s ministry, we have decided that it is best for our ongoing ministry to locate temporarily to the Olympic Collection: (Sawtelle and Olympic Blvd - 11301 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90064 ). We plan to only be in this facility a short time (perhaps 3 months) as we endeavor to locate another more permanent rental/lease/purchase option.

Our official last day at Vista will be Sunday, July 24th and our first meeting at the Olympic Collection will be on Sunday, July 31st. Please let those who may be visiting or considering coming out to IBC know of this change.

The Olympic Collection is a banquet facility located on the northwest corner of Sawtelle and Olympic Blvd in West Los Angeles (just off the 405 freeway). We will have the full-time use of three rooms from 9:30-12:30pm — one main meeting room and two good sized meeting rooms for our children’s ministry. Google Map:. There is no “free” parking at the facility. $5 for underground parking. However, we have been told that there should be street parking available. Some people have found that parking in the Marshalls/Starbucks lot to be okay but you must cross Olympic and Sawtelle on foot. Families with children will find it better to drop off the family first in front and then park. Since it is a banquet facility, our actual meeting room “may” change but there will always be signage as to which room we will be in.

Please know that our time at the Olympic collection may be very brief (less than 3 months) if some of our positive facility leads come to fruition. As always, we would trust that you commit this to fervent prayer. IBC has been quite blessed with the many facilities we have used over the years both in their use and relative affordability and we rightly praise the Lord and continue to ask for wisdom.
