Each year, Immanuel Bible Church (IBC) hosts a golf fundraiser in support of its Missions Ministry. God has blessed us with the success of this fundraiser, which has contributed to our financial support
of our various missionary teams and programs.

For the past few years, our members have ministered both locally (Downtown LA Missions and Mexico) and abroad in places such as India, China, and Japan. This year, IBC plans to send shortterm missionary teams to Ecuador, Japan, and the Native Americans of the Lummi Tribe in Washington. Although not all of us are called to go out to the world as missionaries, we can still contribute and participate in furthering God’s Kingdom by supporting those who are called. This can start by getting involved with our fundraiser by being either a participant, volunteer, or sponsor.

Our golf tournament will be held at Simi Hills Golf Course on May 20, 2006 with the first group teeing off at 11AM. The tournament will utilize the “Texas Scramble” format, so you are encouraged to invite friends, family and co-workers to form a 4-person team. In the event you are not able to form a team, we will group players into teams as needed. Golfers of all skill levels are welcomed! Once you have sent in your payment, more information will be sent to you via email or letter.

There will be a variety of exciting prizes, and this year will include a raffle in addition to our traditional contests (e.g. longest drive, closest to the pin, etc.).

Your participation is greatly appreciated and plays a vital role in helping us support our various missionary teams. We are excited about the opportunities God has granted us in the mission field and hope you will join us for this fundraising event.
